Ensure provision of Housekeeping services.

-参与招聘工作,发展员工和保持员工的的效率和服务。

Participate in the hiring, development and retention of a diverse workforce to deliver excellent products and services. Ensure that only qualified staffs are hired in the department.

-创建良好的工作环境使员工更满意从而更努力为酒店创造良好收益。

Sustain a work environment that focuses on fair and equitable treatment and associates satisfaction to enable business success.

Ensure all areas are properly manned in accordance with the business demand, staffing schedules and work assignments are efficiently handled.

-根据收益要求,确保所有区域根据要求完成任务,

Foster good coordination, harmonious and effective communication within the Housekeeping department and with other departments.

-在部门内和其他部门都需要保持良好的协调与沟通关系。

Ensure assigned areas are clean and maintained up to hotel’s standards.

-确保所有的区域是根据标准来清洁。以安全为目的对酒店所有区域的清洁进行常规检查。

Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel for cleanliness, maintenance, safety and security purposes. Note down observations from those areas and do necessary follow up and initiate appropriate action immediately.

-抽查当天到店贵宾的晚床。

Spot check “turn down” services of VIP guests who arrival during the day especially Marriott international guests.

-和前台协调好可售出的房间及封闭大修房及大清洁的房间。

Coordinate with Front Office regarding the rooms’ availability and rooms which should be taken out of order for repair and maintenance, as well as general cleaning.

-在有重要会议或大型活动时要多关注公共区域。

Pay especial attention to public areas during peak period and when important functions are going on.

-建议房务总监如果外包公司达不到酒店的标准需要及时更换。

Recommend to Director of Rooms replacement of these and out-side contractors if performance is below standards and if their staff violates rules and regulations of the hotel.

-每月做好公共区域及楼层的盘点并且在不够的情况下准备采购事宜。

Ensure monthly inventory of equipment on public areas and floors are done. Prepare replacement of equipment when necessary.

-从客人处得到及反馈关于产品质量和服务水准。

Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

-确保员工提供给客人优质服务。

Empower associates to provide excellent customer service

-设定部门的整体工作效率。

Contribute to overall efficiency of the department

-在接到前台和管理层的特别要求后立即行动。

Act on special arrangements, instructions received from Front Office and management regarding room set-up, then make necessary arrangements and action.

-At least 4/5years experiences related to hotel

-Able to use Chinese is encouraged

-Willing to work under pressure

-Good personality

-Commitment, confident and reliable

-Willing to work at Koh Kong Province
