- Find quotations and make quote comparison for truck spare-part and other mechanics stock refilling

- Prepare purchase request and purchase order

- Procure the goods/services after quotation is approved

- Coordinate to get purchased goods to the warehouse

- Maintain and monitor approved master procurement plan

- Ensure that the procurement request and approval process is adhered to, and supporting

documents are completed before submission for approval

- Maintain accurate, complete and up to date supporting documents/files

- Monitor ongoing procurement activities against the agreed procurement plans, and pro-actively provide timely feedback on the likely problems or delays to relevant stakeholders

- Report any problems or potential conflict of interests to senior management

- Work closely with operations team to ensure the products are available in stock

- At least diploma degree or 2-year experience in procurement field (with oil & gas, automotive mechanic or a similar supply chain organization)

-Technical knowledge of mechanics, truck maintenances and truck spare-parts

- Ability to communicate with all related stakeholders and negotiate with supplier effectively.

- Disciplined self-starter, creative thinking, critical thinking, good personality and communication

- Good in English both speaking and writing

- Good knowledge of MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet access
