• Accountable for preventive maintenance and re-commissioning work to ensure that the

quality, safety, and performance of all types of elevators, escalators, and moving-walkways

under responsible area are in line with Schindler standard.

• Attends and repairs all breakdowns of elevators, escalators and moving-walkways under

scope of responsibility or assigned area in a timely manner (night time standby as well).

• Assists service supervisors in maintenance planning and troubleshooting to ensure that

quality and efficiency standard of maintenance work are achieved.

• Assists Service Supervisors to promote and enforce discipline among subordinates to

ensure that their conducts abides by the Company rules and policies.

• Experience using Windows environment, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
