Jobs Description

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.


Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and motivate the customer service and sales team to provide exceptional service and achieve sales goals.


Process Improvement:

Continuously assess and improve customer service processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the logistics operations. Problem Resolution: Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of problems and conflicts.


Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and report on customer service and sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, operations, finance) to align customer service strategies with overall business goals.


Feedback Analysis:

Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in service delivery.


Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in customer service operations.


Sales Leadership:

Drive indoor sales efforts, including upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. Meet or exceed sales targets.

Jobs Requirement

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

•Knowing Chinese

•Proven experience in customer service and sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

•Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

•Proficient in customer service software and CRM (customer relationship management) systems.

•Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

•Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions.
