Recommends hiring of new employees, transfers, promotions, performance management. - Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the function - May manage systems and procedures to protect departmental assets - Supervisor need to respond on Wing Cash, Cash Daily operation and Stock report Hold morning and afternoon briefing.

- MBA or BA degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management - High motivation and ability to work independent - Strong computer skills (Microsoft office) - Good communication with all related departments - Fluently in English and Khmer both writing and speaking - At least 1 year relevant working experience - Telecom experience is an advantage body language or behavior.
