- Greet guests and provide them with effective customer service.

- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the

necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.

- Answer all guest questions and incoming calls.

- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down

messages.

- Prepare the contract, deposit receipt, room inventory, electricity and

water counter for new guest move in.

- Check in and check out for the guests.

- Share with other branches about room available.

- Coordinate with real estate company to improve room sale.

- Issue invoices for all occupancy room and follow up payment.

- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their

appropriate departments.

- Check and response email, Facebook page, telegram etc.

- Track and order office equipment and supplies.

- Completes daily reports and any other files required by department.

- Experienced working in hotel or studying Tourism field

- Friendly, able to speak, listen and write English.

- Have a good discipline, honest, responsible.

- Flexible, problem solving skill, ability to work efficiently and independently.

- Computer program using: (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Email)
