• Ensure reply all email or any message from Corporator (Travel Agent or Online)

requirement as quickly as possible.

• To upload rate/promotion as per management required

• To check across the inventory and filling /top up allotment on OTA if the occupancy is low

or left in order to ensure maximum profitability online channel

• Handle B2B/B2C – wholesale system

• Ensure rate parity among OTA channels

• To do market survey, analysis competitors

• Recruit more Corporate and Travel Agent company

• Be flexible on rate adjustment and promotion

• Proficient system use: OTA Extranet, Channel Manager

• Monitoring Online booking and reservation detail

• Follow up outstanding payment if there any pending from Online or Travel Agency

• Good relationship with corporator, Travel Agency and OTAs manager

• At least one year experience with this position

• Knowledgeable on upload inventory and rate in PMS and OTAs extranet.

• Giving support to front office regarding to OTAs issue (as quickly as possible)

• Good English speaking.

• Good industry contacts and customer focused

• Good computer skills - Demonstrated ability with regard to computer skills (MS Office)

• Independent, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Ethical and professional in dealing with others

• Self-motivated with the ability to generate and follow through on leads to develop into

bookings and leasing revenue

• Able to lead and motivate a small team of leasing agents

• Maintain professional business confidentiality
