Guest Service or Adventure Butler is responsible for in-house guest activities such as greeting, check-in/out guests, processing room dining service, arranging guest entertainment, and providing and delivering the best experience

for the guests upon arrival, during their stay, and departures.

• High school diploma or a related vocational training certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism is advantageous.

• Experience as a guest service or front office or similar role in the hospitality industry is an advantage.

• Able to communicate in English or other languages is plus.

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to a high level of customer service

• Due to the limit of the work quota, only local candidates are preferred.
