• Review purchase order requests

• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers

• Ensure quality of goods and services purchased

• Ensure all goods received has record in IQ system correctly

• Maintain and review purchase and delivery records

• Request offers, negotiate, and place orders for overseas sourced product to ensure all goods are competitively priced.

• Conduct research on new suppliers for existing products or potential new products that may be required. Maintain daily contact with such suppliers.

• Bachelor Degree related field

• Have a good interpersonal skill, hardworking, and honesty

• Having a good communication and problem-solving skill

• Able to manage effective team

• Able to use in both written and spoken English

• Computer literacy in Microsoft office, Internet, E-mail, Outlook
