Jobs Description

- Assist the Academic Manager to plan and organize Teacher Training program for kindergarten and primary teachers

- Assist the Academic Manager to manage and direct teachers in line with education and academic requirements

- Report issues and concerns to the Academic Manager

- Assist the Academic Manager to develop and design curriculum for student’s education

- Develop and design Mid-Term and Final Term Exams, class operating dates, observation

and evaluation of teachers

- Checks and evaluate teaching performance of teachers and report to the Academic

Manager

- Checks and evaluate supervisor’s performance and report to the Academic Manager

- Update the teacher’s profile

- Assist the Academic Manager to interview the applicants and do the pre-service training

before sending them to perform the real teaching

- Evaluate teachers who renew the contract to the Administration Department

- Assist the Academic Manager to design the term planner and unit guide

- Design or update new curriculum according to the need of modernize.


* Administrative Affair

- Set up teaching schedule

- Prepare teaching materials

- Conduct student and school survey

- Peer and teacher observation

- English Teacher recruitment and interview

- Deal with local and expatriate teacher

- Prepared weekly checklist to implement all academic work every term

- Search new course book for change improvement

- Coordinate academic matters related to other strategies in the curriculum

- Teaching and learning strategies, process and procedure

- Requirement of assigned programs and initiative

- Professional development

- Report for program initiative

- Facilitate the progress, design and delivery of district wide academic matters, i.e.

- Assesses the campuses’ stage of academic development

- Promotes teacher growth by determining suitable development task

- Assists teachers in establishing realistic and attainable academic goals

- Advises teachers and administrators on academic issues

- Identifies options appropriate to address academic improvement with the analysis of

each option, including possible outcome of their implication

- Recommend profession development for teachers and administrator

- Recommend academic action plan for teacher, administrator and campus

- Identifies options for teachers to satisfy endorsement and certifications requirement

- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Jobs Requirement

* Qualifications and Experiences:


- Bachelor’s degree in education / education Leadership, Master’s preferred.

- At least 2 years in academic management position

- Native English or Non-Native

- At least Bachelor’s degree of Education or related fields

- Knowledge of computer word, excel and power point

- Good communication skill, negotiation skill and problem solving.
