- Direct to patients and doctors' communication: develop and execute a compelling delivery a unique and competitive messaging alongside the entire client’s portfolio to use our service, involving all needed touchpoints (digital, social, live events     

- Bring initiation, promote and build the company scientific branding (events, conferences)

- Manage and lead professional events for the company

- Develop weekly sales strategies by doing scientific presentation to our doctor partners

- Develop and use medical marketing and sales tools to integrate to our partner.

- Contribute to the business success by initiating and participating in various cold-calling and marketing activities

- Company branding: designing for staff uniform in all department, brand promotion

- Initiate in meeting new partners to promote the company.

- Give advice to keep company social media active, quick response, professionalism to be able to generate sales lead.

- Oversee all marketing activities and ensure it fits with the marketing strategy.

- Ensure that all information from bottom –up and vice versa have been transferred transparently and discussed freely across the company.

- Collaborate closely relevant team to inform in advance the abnormality of our services (late TAT…) to respond to customer’s satisfaction.

- Be always attentive to all customer needs, issues or complaints and provide appropriate solutions and effective complaint handling.

- Suggest regular meetings with sales team and report on activities towards targets to BOD

- Ensure business confidentiality to be respected

- Manage other tasks or assignments by Business development manager

- Graduated from Medical Biology, plus Sales and Marketing field is preference

- At least 2 years experiences in sales and Marketing field

- Good motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.

- Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
