- Meet and communicate with customers in order to maintain and generate sales

- Follow up clients and close Sales agreement to achieve the assigned target

- Maintain and build up good relationship with existing and penetrate new clients

- Transform from low-income clients to high income clients

- Plan and meet new potential clients to achieve sales target

- Contribute to the business success by initiating and participating in various cold-calling and marketing activities

- Be always attentive to all customer needs, issues or complaints and provide appropriate solutions and effective complaint handling

- Make sure all customer complaints are closed timely, properly and effectively with positive feedback from our customers

- Follow up and file properly all internal complaint forms

- Respond quickly to questions and comments via phone calls receiving directly from customers

- Prepare Sales proposal and do Sales presentation to achieve daily, weekly and monthly Sales target

- Participate actively in transferring of all information from bottom –up and vice versa and discussing across the company freely

- Manage marketing activities, campaign and branding ambassador

- Participate actively in controlling expenses in the company, consumables, electricity etc.

- Perform other duties as assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager

- Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing field or other field related

- At least 2 years experiences

- Female or Male

- Honesty, Commitment, Teamwork spirit

- Ability to work under pressure

- Self-motivated

- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
