Jobs Description

- Manage and lead monthly/ quarterly/yearly revenue sales targets with subordinates

- Develop yearly sales strategies to meet company expectation

- Develop Sales tools, reports, and management system to ensure our Sales grows smoothly

- Contribute to the business success by initiating and participating in various cold-calling and marketing activities

- Meet and exceed the assigned sales and revenue targets though acquiring new customers

- Maintain good relationship and quick responses to our customers

- Be attentive to customer complaints and their pain-points

- Manage and assist to keep company social media active, quick response, professionalism to be able to generate sales lead

- Manage daily sales team in updating the Sales report effectively with all appropriate data

- Form and employ the Sales team base on our business needs

- Day to day manage the Sales team, ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s

- Oversee all Marketing activities and ensure it fits with the marketing strategy

- Bring initiation on market survey and define the market share of each product

- Manage underperforming members of the team

- Ensure that all information from bottom –up and vice versa have been transferred transparently and discussed freely across the company

- Collaborate closely with lab and relevant team to inform in advance the abnormality of our services (late TAT…) to respond to customer’s satisfaction

- Be always attentive to all customer needs, issues or complaints and provide appropriate solutions and effective complaint handling

-  Set Sales and Marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team

- Deploy new key clients such as hospitals and clinics and close deal with them or other corporate partners for samples

- Bring initiation, promote and build the company branding (events, conferences)

- Research potential target industries and customers

- Train the Sales team on Sales techniques and giving advice

- Suggest regular meetings with relevant team and report on activities towards targets to the company

- Ensure business confidentiality to be respected

- Manage other tasks or assignments by line manager


 


Jobs Requirement

- Khmer: Native or Fluent, English: Professional working proficiency  

- At least 3 years experiences in sales and Marketing field, medical sales experience is pluS

- Good motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.

- Relevant industry experience ideally from health sector.

- Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.

- Problem Solving/Analysis.

- Project Management.

- Strong Selling Skills and Techniques

- Honest and High Commitment
