- Sampling Services for Newborn Screening test, home sampling and in laboratory

- Being an Expert/qualified for venepuncture or blood collection

- Assuring correct identified sample, with correct tubes and sufficient volume according to requisition form

- Evaluate sample and determine appropriate tests and analytical methods

- Sample management and accurately record data

- Resolves unusual test orders by contacting the physicians, nurse or involving people, un-resolving cases will be referred back to originator for further clarification and notifying supervisor/manager

- Help compile SOPs methods used and care for all materials and equipment in the laboratory

- Respect hygiene and safety role by keeping clean and well-organized of working place

- Abilities to train about phlebotomist to new staffs and our collaborated partner to ensure good quality of sample

- Make inventory and estimates material requirements, reagents regarding the plan

- Perform laboratory activities or other assignments which assign by line managers

- Work to help the laboratory become as a center to meet an international standard

- Participate in the development, Implementation and improvement of LQMs

- Respect for client’s and patient’s confidentiality

- Respect hierarchy

- Degree in Medical Lab Technical school or university

- At least 1year experiences in Laboratory job

- Good communication both verbal and electronic devices

- Computer competency

- Honest and High Commitment

- Proficiency English- Khmer

- Willing to learn and tasked extra responsibility

- Teamwork, high responsibility and discipline

- Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, integrity

- Compassionate and willing to work with patients
