- Responsible for overall production operations including printing production, equipment

scheduling, equipment maintenance

- Responsible for production operational results, operational cost & KPIs

- Ensure output meets quality standards & on time delivery

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement but supporting innovation and continuous

analyzation with a focus on maximizing productivity and efficiency

- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel

- Liaise with different departments, teams, and suppliers:

+ Product Development

+Customers

+ Quality

+ Warehouse

+ Suppliers such as yarn, greige, chemicals

- Wastewater discharge per regulations

- Other tasks assigned by the management

- University/College degree, majoring in textile development or IE, or relevant field is preferred

Background in printing is a plus

- Solid experience of textile production management, minimum of 5 years

- Proven ability to drive and deliver key metrics.

- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

- Strong organizational skills and have ability to work under pressure

- Planning or production scheduling work experience is a plus

- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
