• Support digital team day-to-day operation like reporting, managing documentation and fronting customer service to address & resolve customer issues and escalate technical issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.

• Track tickets raised regarding issues and keep related stakeholders including customer updated.

• Work closely with stakeholder before, during and after development on related task like paper preparations, UAT/SIT and implementation related activity.

• Participate in agile ceremonies (spring planning, grooming user stories, stand up, defect triage, etc) to have better understand on Digital product and process which will benefit customer support post-production.
