1. Preferably Male/female

2. Good in Mathematics - understand IE improvement knowledge

3. qualified time study & line balance & machine layout ability

4. Familiar IE improvement knowledge, such as operation improvement, kaizen & continuous improvement.

5. familiar production preparation before changeover & familiar template machine or auto machine

6. strong communication skill and executive ability

7. At least 2-3 years IE & IE supervisor experience in garment manufacturing

8. Salary negotiable
