Job Description

1. Manage all subordinates

2. Conduct production-schedule meeting weekly

3. Report daily production plan to stock department

4. Order Raw material or items from China and/or Stock department

5. Accurately, verify production report and send it to stock department daily

6. Must cooperate with Chinese Mechanic, and conduct daily meeting with team leader.

7. Any changes, including (machinery, raw materials, production plan), must notify Chinese mechanics and upper management in advance.

8. Be innovative in order to make it easier for employees to work and increase productivity

9. to make sure they are following the process correctly regularly

10. Organize competitions, and rewards teams that perform well including 5s, to increase productivity and reduce errors.

11. Perform KPI for each employee to determine salary increase.

+ Your main duties:

- Improve the production quality to obtain quality labels for the factory

- Supervise, organize and coordinate production activities

- Be able to solve complex technical problems using your creativity when necessary

- Streamline the manufacturing processes and procedures to maximize the required quality

Job Requirements

-3 Years of experience with production

-knowledge of production best practice guidelines and requirements

- Excellent in written and good communication skills

-Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

-Have good communication in a team environment with employees at all levels of the

organization

- Detail oriented with solid problem-and faster solving skills
