Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Network management

▪ Provide relevant access study to potential panel

healthcare providers based on criteria selection such as

location, facilities and services, number of beds, ...

▪ Support the process of deliberation including

documentation and site visits

▪ Expand AIA panel healthcare providers (hospitals,

clinics, polyclinics...) nationwide

▪ Manage new healthcare providers onboarding /

registration/ training and related activities

▪ Visit existing and new panel doctor to train and ensure

compliance with AIA laid down processes

2. Contracting:

▪ Ensure necessary contracts are renewed before expiry,

i.e. package pricing contracts and to continuously follow

up to ensure contracts are closed within a reasonable

time period.

▪ Update fees from healthcare providers, if any

▪ Develop discount rate agreements for specific

treatments with partner clinics/hospitals in the long term

3. Provide engagement:

▪ Provide and receive feedback from providers by

monitoring behavior and evaluating the performance of

panel provider based on claims utilization, market best practice, service level, adherence to fee schedule and

possible fraud for mutual improvement.

▪ Handle complaints / disputes between AIA and panel

hospitals/clinics.

▪ Develop an objective continuous evaluation criterion to

rate partner hospital/clinics based on customer feedback

▪ Assist team for claim assessment and investigation

4. Business Development

▪ Assist in development of AIA healthcare providers

network management system (provide inputs as an on-

ground expert)

▪ Build up and maintain a standardized comprehensive

the service- fee code system in AIA medical portal

▪ Build cordial win-win business relationships with

providers.

▪ Coordinate business events with providers including

meetings, official openings, launches, etc.

5. Health Analytics

▪ Perform quarterly bill reviews of top incurred

providers/diagnosis/procedures

▪ for identifying major cost contributors in the bill.

▪ Perform bill reviews as needed to support Performance

Dialogues, empanelment and daily operational needs.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

▪ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and Fluent in English

(Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Listening)

▪ Knowledge: Microsoft Office

▪ Skills: sound judgment, analytical and communicative

skills, customer service oriented and enjoy working

with people from all levels

▪ Experience: At least 2-year experience in similar field

▪ High commitment and able to work under pressure

▪ Good supporting team member

▪ Good attitude

▪ Medical background is preferable
