Job Description

• Assists the Academic Coordinator in management, evaluation and development of a team of teachers and teacher assistants.

• Assists the Academic Coordinator in handling the academic calendar including students’ class schedule.

• Work with teachers to constantly assess and improve student achievement results.

• Prepare and maintain student records according to school policies and administrative regulations.

• Assist in updating lesson content and instruction methodology.

• Keep track of important faculty deadlines and send regular reminders.

• Responsible for providing instruction and managing classroom environments in the absence of the regular teacher.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Related Discipline.

• Proven working experience in campus management and leadership.

• Working knowledge of curriculum development and student instruction.

• Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness.

• Ability to train and develop team members and to motivate staff.

• Strong leadership qualities, analytical and administration skills.

• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
