• Fulfill vacancy requested from hiring manager in timely manner.

• Maintain recruitment channels, do job posting and screening resumes, and coordinate interview process.

• Develop Recruitment Policy and SOP, and recruitment strategies.

• Identify future hiring need, develop hiring plan and budget planning.

• Build external pipe line such as university, institutes, NEA, and Career Fair.

• Arrange career fair and road show to promote Pact and deepen the pool of potential candidates.

• Initiate and manage employee referral program and internship program.

• Establish program which promotes and improves recruitment task and employer’s branding.

• Monitor external trends, optimizes best practices, and implements new solutions for recruitment.

• Research competitors and do market survey.

• Support Human Resources Management system in term of recruitment function.

• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related field with 3 years’ experience in recruitment role in banking industry or MFI.

• Good command of Khmer and English in both written and spoken; Chinese is a plus.

• Knowledge of recruitment system/trend in the market and Cambodian Labor Law.

• Basic skill in designing recruitment poster.

• HR-related certification is an advantage.

• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.

• High degree of computer literacy.

• Good interpersonal skill and be a good team player
