● Develops a career and tertiary academic orientation program for all Secondary students.

● Assists parents and teachers in understanding and responding to developmental levels of students.

● Interprets achievement and aptitude test data to assist school staff with curriculum planning.

● Assist students in college university application or preparation.

● Makes appropriate referrals for students to school and educational programs.

● Assists with coordination of student services and activities in the school.

● Establishes and maintains a platform to communicate with and engage alumni in school activities

● Systematically collects and analyzes any data and information related to a student's secondary education choices and presents this information with recommendations for developing the career advisor programme to the leadership.

● Works with the Community Engagement team to establish aspired cooperation with other academic institutions with the aim to provide comprehensive career and academic orientation and opportunities to the students.

● Provides to the Community Engagement team information to promote the school’s initiatives in the area of student career counseling via social and other media

● Works with the Focus on Learning Committee (SLT) on the development and achievement of the relevant schoolwide action plan goals and to provide evidence and reflection on the work achievement, progress and continuing improvement plans.

● Bachelor Degree in Education, Communications, International Development and/or other relevant fields.

● Native-level English proficiency

● Experience working in an international school setting

● Compassionate, organized, flexible and a team player

● Excellent record of professional and personal integrity

● Clear criminal record check from home country or in Cambodia, no longer than six months.
