- Prepare strategic plan, operational plan, and action plan for English Department

- Ensure the quality of English programs and curriculum development

- Recruit and reserve teachers with proper procedure (job advertisement, shortlist, calling, interview, teaching demonstration, contract, and probation)

- Conduct Orientation and training (English Department team, customer service, teachers, and students)

- Interview students and place them into the right levels

- Ensure a smooth process of examination (placement test, midterm test, final test, supplementary test, scholarship test, and others)

- Ensure a smooth process of all the events planned in each term (competitions, workshops, seminars graduation ceremony, field trip, Christmas, and others)

- Prepare a class schedule every term

- Present outstanding awards to students and teachers

- Issue memorandum

- Check and verify timesheet of both foreign and Khmer teachers

- Prepare a monthly report

- Teach as a substitute teacher or take over classes when necessary

- Perform other tasks assigned by branch manager

- Hold BA in Education or equivalent certificate;

- Have Good English proficiency;

- 1 or 2 year (s) of experience in the Education Sector;

- Have good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills;

- Must be responsible, reliable, resourceful, punctual, creative and cooperative
