Job Description

• Assist undertaking of company registration, legal researching, and other license or permit required by law, and drafting contract.

• Translate documents from Khmer to English and vise versa

• Liaise with government officers at various ministries as required

• Keep accurate time report

• Good at Unicode typing, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel

• Other tasks not specifically listed in this, shall be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Holds bachelor’s degree of law or other similar qualified degree

• Have a professional experience from 1 to 2 years working at a consulting firm is an advantage

• Have a willing to learn

• Good at problem solving, critical thinking and pay close attention to detail

• Have excellent communication skills in spoken and written in English, Chinese is a plus

• Friendly

• Ability to manage time and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
