Job Description

• Manage whole store operation

• Need to check and arrange store operation before running showroom (Store Check List)

• Manage sales target as monthly and yearly

• Control and arrange stock in the whole store

• Manage all staff and provide job tasks to them daily

• Solve any problem in-store

• Training, motivate under staff evaluate customer service for the team

• Propose marketing strategy weekly for running showroom management team

• Check and follow up on job tasks for under-team daily

• Prepare sales report while cashier takes leave or day off.

• Manage staffs attendance as daily and monthly

• Implement company policy

• Take over cashier responsible when a day off or take leave

• Other tacks assigned by Operation Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or suitable qualification

• Male / Female

• Age 25-35 Cambodia candidate

• Minimum 3– 5 years experience in a retail company or related to this position

• Be honest, work hard, and pay attention to the responsibility

• Build good communication with teamwork customers

• Follow company policy

• Be friendly and respect company time

• Strong planning ability, know how to plan efforts and resources to reach targets for store Operation

• Good English capabilities
