Job Description

- Undertaking costs analysis for design and project work, including undertaking value engineering where required.

- Undertaking feasibility studies based upon the client requirements.

- Valuing completed work, prepare and review payment claims.

- Review and negotiate change orders with Clients.

- site visits, assessments and projections for future work

- Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

ob Requirements

- Degree in Architecture, Quantity Survey, Engineering, or equivalent

- At least 1 year working experience in similar tasks.

- Take off quantity of material

- Advanced knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes and bills of quantities.

- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

- Good sound of verbal and written in English and Khmer

- Strong interpersonal, communication,

- Excellent on Computer (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Outlook and internet);

- Hard-working, honest, initiative, flexible, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded, work ethic and

- Being able to travel to sites/provinces and mobilize the workplace
