Job Description

- Participate in recruitment process

- Coordinate with other departments

- Employees orientation and guidance

- Contract arrangement and renewal

- Resolve departments complaints, and answer regarding policies and procedures;

- Manage staff’s leave requests from the update in HR System;

- Monitor staff’s attendance record and prepare Weekly reports;

- OT Monthly report

- Maintain and update employee file records;

- Preface staff contract;

- Coordinate with recruitment event and activities

- Insurance;

- NSSF;

- other tasks as necessary or assigned by HR director

Job Requirements

- At least 1 year experience in HR and Recruitment

- Female only

- Fresh graduate or under graduate
