•Manage all recruitment processes such as building networks, diversifying resourcing channels, promoting an employer of choice, compiling all CVs/applications, preparing shortlists, developing interview questionnaires, scheduling interview panels, consolidating interview result, conducting reference checks, and preparing job offer and employment contract.

• Maintain the up-to-date application database to be used as a reference for quickly sourcing candidates who may be relevant for any vacant position.

• Maintain the relationship with candidates. Ensure candidate communication is in accordance with recruitment policy and procedures.

• Other related tasks as the Manager’s request

• Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field.

• 1 years experiences and up in Recruitment or Personnel Administration or HR-related field.

• Ms. Word, Excel, and Email...

• Very good level of English.

• Strong communication, interviewing and influencing skills

• A very good negotiation and judgement skills

• Experience of working with external networks, recruitment agencies and other resourcing channels that are relevant to programs operations.

• Ability to build strong working relationships, gaining trust and mutual respect.

• Be team player and willingness to work under tight schedules
