HR:

1. Recruitment

• Ensures that competent staff with appropriate knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal qualities be strategically recruited through a structured selection process. 

• Ensures that the new staff is given a professional introduction to Company’s goals, mission, vision, process, values, and cultures.

2. HR Policy

• Develops HR rules and policies for Company.

• Ensures compliance with the Labor Laws of the Company’s internal rules and regulations.

• Ensures staff adherence of all staff to the Company’s internal rules and regulations.

3. Staff Review & Evaluation

• Ensures staff performance appraisal for Company staff is conducted properly by the company policy – probation review, annual performance appraisal, etc.

4. Training and Development

• Initiates and supports management in addressing the training and development needs of the individual, group, and organizational levels.

• Supports management in formulating and implementing training and development programs for employees.

5. Compensation and Staff Benefits

• Ensures the effective implementation of the Company’s compensation.

• Ensures that an appropriate reward is in place to motivate staff effectively.

• Administers and monitors the Company's overtime and documentation.

• Administers the insurance and NSSF


6. Industrial Relations and Work Environment

• Stablishes and creates awareness of the Employee Opinion Poll and ensures that necessary actions be taken based on feedback and findings of the Poll.

• Manages industrial relations with employees and ensures that domestic inquiries, staff counselling, grievances, and terminations comply with the company procedures and labour laws.

Admin:


• Oversee and Manage office maintenance, office security, and office cleaning to ensure the office environment is neat and clean

• Monitor office supplies expenses, i.e. stationery, drinking water, etc. 

• Handle with sub-tenants, i.e. electricity bill, monthly payment, etc.

• Monitor the procurement and safety service

• Provides administrative support all divisions/units as required. 

• Coordinate and prepare the operation monthly meeting of the management team 

• Actively communicate within the team and other divisions/units in a cooperative and goodwill manner through all possible communication means. 

• Participates in management and other relevant meetings.

• Other tasks or projects assigned by the GM

Jobs Requirement

(List down the minimum qualifications required)

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related.

• Well organized and able to manage all aspects of office management

• Good English and Khmer languages both written and spoken

• Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment and problem-solving

• Familiar with the Cambodia Labor Laws

• Proficiency in computer skills, MS-Office, Email, Internet, etc

• Good business acumen and customer focus, coupled with the self-directed ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and priorities in a practical, thoughtful and inclusive manner.

• Passion and ability to affect and inspire change

• Excellent and demonstrated coaching, feedback, and people development skills

• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and team player.
