Job Purpose:

This role is key in providing HR administrative and recruiting support for the assigned business unit. This person maintains current knowledge of HR legal requirements for reporting and regulations/compliance, is responsible for employee and general HR file maintenance, any accurate HR data entry and other HR administrative tasks as needed. This position will work toward a deep understanding of the unique needs of the employees to become an effective and trusted internal partner.

- Subject matter expert for employees and managers with questions and guidance on HR topics and matters.

- Provide administrative support for the Human Resources function with a high focus on accuracy and timeliness.

- Track all new hires to ensure they are onboarded correctly, maintain accurate start dates and confirm all onboarding tasks are completed on the first day of employment.

- Uploading and maintenance of employee files.

- Accurately process employee information through the HR system, maintain records and electronic files.

- Perform customer service functions by responding to employee requests and questions while escalating more serious issues.

- Provide administrative support for Benefits, and for the Business Unit.

- Provide administrative assistance and support to the recruiting process as requested by the HR team.
