- Operate various types of audio and video equipment in production media work

- Able to set up better shot based on script or story telling

- Schedule personnel and available resources to ensure production deadlines are met with adherence to production budget.

- Establishes production standards; evaluates requirements for production such as logistical concerns, type of equipment required, and cost-effective procedures

• Understand all resources needed in media production work and arrange it for every shoot

- Initiating and discussing with direct manager for a better video production quality

- Check footage and copy into storage

- Check and return all equipment to its place after use

- Retouching photo and editing video

- Manage all internal videos and other digital multimedia project

- Prepares departmental reports and production records. Maintains supply inventory; orders supply according to established department procedures

- Other tasks assigned by management

• Proven record in media production field

• Minimum two-to-three-year experience in media and design job

• Knowledge of methods and techniques used in production of media

• Knowledge and skill in coordinating work of media productions

• Creative and good perspective

• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

• Skill in design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, …etc. is preferable

• Good in writing/speaking/listening English
