• Handle incoming calls • Undertake out-bound call work such as “Welcome Call” and other customers’ calls • Promptly and accurately complete all related administration activities: update customer’s information, report, record in accordance with relevant service standards. • Identify sales lead and refer customers or sales lead to the appropriate frontline sales • Participate and contribute to customers’ call or survey programs • Other duties as assigned

• High school graduate with good English (speaking, reading, listening and writing) in addition • Positive attitude & Spirit, Customer oriented. Productivity & Efficiency, Accuracy of work • Quality and reliability of information provided to customers • Very good Telephoning, Communicative and Computer skills
