Jobs Description

1. Responsible to:

This role reports to General Manager and CC to Chief Human Resource Officer


2. Main purpose of job

Human Resource and Admin Manager responsible for all activities related Human Resource department, provides strategic direction to the operations to craft local labor and employee relations plans that support the business in achieving is goals through collaboration, productive conversations, and the right environment for our employees. Look after on recruitment, policies & procedures, training & development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, and administration


3. Main responsibilities

1. Recruitment: hiring dynamic people and Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best talents.

- Draft and prepare recruitment planning, process and observe when necessary by follow budget.

- To maintain and develop annual staffing plans, review and recommend changes including figures for future years.

- Creating and continually improving offer letters and contracts of employment, whilst managing the timely distribution of such documents.

- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, website advertising, updating of the company resource plan, sifting and selection of CV’s, attending interviews and selecting candidates.


2. POLICIES & PROCEDURES

- Oversee, update and review HR policies as and when appropriate in line with legislative changes.

- Ensure that all employees are well aware of the current and newly updated policies, if any.

- Knowledge and understanding of all the company’s policies in order to provide advice and support to staff and line management.


3. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

- Develop and enhance strategies and policies to maximize the skill set of every employee so that they can deliver the objectives of their post in the most effective way for the benefit of the company and our clients.

- Plan and develop the suite of training and development programs which are appropriate for each type and level of employee and Partner for inclusion within relevant appraisals process.

- To review the internal and external training and development resources available and offered to all staff to ensure that they are of the highest standard and meet the specific needs of the learning and development plans.

- Review quality of the resources to deliver that offering and to review the agreed learning and development plans arising from the appraisal to understand the developing needs of the departments and sectors as reflected in those agreed learning and development plans.

- Develop training and communications materials to support learning and development needs.


4.PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

- To ensure that the appraisal process is completed across all departments and review and report to the Management Board on issues, lessons and changes arising from each annual round of appraisals.

- To ensure that all agreed action from appraisals which are within the remit of HR are completed in a timely way, particularly learning and development objectives.

- To participate in appraisals for senior staff and executive staff as required by the Management Board, to ensure company’s policies are followed.

- To advise on proposals for promotions arising from the appraisal process tonsure that they meet the criteria within company’s recruitment policy.


5. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Payroll administer and ensure that salary is being paid on timely manner.

- Analyze the salary survey when necessary and suggest for changes when needed.

- Manage an organization's compensation and rewards program.

- Develop and evolve an organization's pay scale and structure.

- Determine competitive wage rates and change as necessary.

- Ensure that the company's pay scale complies with changing local laws and regulations.


6. Administration

- Oversee all matters relating to facilities and administration, including building lease, front desk, supply resource management and records function.

- Develop and maintain office security protocols

Jobs Requirement

- Master/BBA, In depth-knowledge in Human Resource sector

- At least 8 years experience with a successful track records in achieving with wide-rank operations.

- International/Local Labor Relations experience. Has been exposed to international and/or regional assignments.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, manage and inspire others.

- Proven ability and tolerance to problem solve and lead in stressful crisis and emergency situations and environments.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences.

- Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data and arrive at sound business decisions

- Can use of Microsoft office, internet, Email, Telegram, etc.

- Commit self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.

- Be honest, open mind, reliable, and result oriented.

- Team player and KPI achievements.
