Jobs Description

1. Responsible to:

This role reports to Human Resource Manger and CC to General Manager/CHRO


2. Main purpose of job

Human Resource Executive responsible for all activities related Human Resource department, provides strategic direction to the operations to craft local labor and employee relations plans that support the business in achieving is goals through collaboration, productive conversations, and the right environment for our employees.


3. Main responsibilities

Business / Management Activity Maintain HR operational documents eg. Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc

- Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts on-boarding and induction activities Off-boarding process

- Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc

- Manage holiday calendars and leave balance

- Support employee engagement activities in the Company

- Assist to prepare monthly management manpower reports

- Assist to compute manpower indicators and conduct data analysis for management update/decision making

- Assist Manager with training activities and projects

- Compliance with all government divisions

- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.

- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.

- Monitoring employee performance.

- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.

- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.

- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.

- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.

- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.

- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.

- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

Jobs Requirement

- Master/BBA, Understanding in Human Resource sector

- At least 2 years experience with a successful track records in achieving

- International/Local Labor Relations experience.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, manage and inspire others.

- Proven ability and tolerance to problem solve and lead in stressful crisis and emergency situations and environments.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences.

- Can use of Microsoft office, internet, Email, Telegram, etc.

- Commit self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.

- Be honest, open mind, reliable, and result oriented.

- Team player and KPI achievements.
