Job Purpose: To develop and provide a comprehensive organizational, hospitality and program support service to the Chairwoman by proactively overseeing the Chairman’s workload and completing tasks as directed by the Chairwoman


** Main Responsibilities

1. To provide hospitality services including personal diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries, correspondence and prioritizing emails for the Chairwoman.

2. To work closely with the Chairman and family members on personal diary management.

3. To work closely with the Chairman and suppliers for personal stuffs.

4. To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.

5. To coordinate departmental reports and documentation for the internal meetings and other meetings with outside partners.

6. To conduct research from social media (Google, YouTube..) as directed by the Chairwoman.

7. To produce reports for the Chairwoman as and when required.

8. To follow up on action points with suppliers on behalf of the Chairwoman.

9. To provide hospitality support to the Chairwoman in implementing personal projects and programs.

10. To provide hospitality support to the Chairwoman in the leadership and management of the personal events.

11. To provide hospitality services to field offices such as responding to queries, issuing memos and following up on Chairwoman requests

** Other Responsibilities

1. To comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

2. The flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.

3. To be responsible for health and safety in the area of his/her control and ensure that he/she is familiar with safety at work policy.

6. Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of your post.

Jobs Requirement

- Educated to degree level or equivalent

- Experience of providing secretarial and Hospitality.

- Knowledge of key issues in self-development.

- Good understanding of lifestyle

- Good English language skills

- Good Hospitality field

- Good interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized

- Ability to work in a diverse people

- Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and adapt to change

- Ability to manage personal stuff

- Ability to retrieve information from relevant sources through research

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material
