Jobs Description

1.    Recruitment Coordination & Management

-       Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements.

-       Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.

-       Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.

-       Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

-       Properly coordinate for running the interview and selection smoothly and effectively.

-       Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

2.    New Onboarding Employment Management

-       Ensure to process smoothly to inform all related parties for New Onboarding preparation to welcome new employees.

-       Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated with work environment and teamwork.

3.    Recruitment Channel Management

-       Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity in all kinds of channels: career fair, university, social media, etc.

-       Well cooperatively with marketing and communication campaigns to promote the “employer branding” strategies.

-       Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.

-       Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements.

4.    Applicant Database Management

-       Ensure to properly track and management on the CV and applicant database, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.

Jobs Requirement

-     Education: Bachelor degree of Human Resources Management and/or related fields.

-     Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience in HR management such as: recruitment and training 

-     Knowledge: Knowledgeable in HR management and good understanding of labor law

-     Language: professional level of communication;

-     Computer literacy: – Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Email)

-     Relevant Skills:

+ Recruitment Policy & Procedure

+ Interview and Selection Skills

+ Recruitment Channel Proficiency

+ Labor Compliance

-     Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, team work, and independent.

-     Ability to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per a number of different projects will be implemented at the same time;

-     Willingness to learn new things.

-     Be high integrity, accountability, and commitment, and strongly passion towards with the poor and social mission;

-     Full driving license
