–    Work closely with Operation department and Training Coordinator to design new courses and develop training material base on requirement.

–    Corporate with Operation Department and Training Coordinator to develop Institutional Training Curriculum (only for operation course)

–    Develop the annual training calendar for operations department and ensure that the training is run smoothly;

–    Manage and train the relevant staff on the target-training course and inform to all concern departments.

–    To corporate with training officer to develop the e-course.

–    Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and relevant reports to Training Coordinator.

–    Execute the operational trainings to branch staff

–    Conduct branch and field visits for the purpose to adapt the training material and methods

–    Conduct induction program for new staff and follow up with progress of skill and knowledge with BM and new staff.

-     Education – bachelor’s degree of Banking and Finance or equivalent prior experience and understanding of Banking or Microfinance sector

-     Experience – at least 2-year experiences working in credit operations as loan officer or loan supervisor,

-     Having experience in market research, training, would be a value add

-     Language – be high proficiency in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

-     Computer literacy – MS office, and MS Outlook;

-     Have a good interpersonal, strongly verbal communications skills;

-     High energy, positive, “can-do” attitude, flexibility, and teamwork;

-     Ability to work without supervision;

-     Ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines

-     High integrity, accountability, and commitment
