Job Description

• communication with tenants at dormitory and shophouse.

• Prepare agreement for tenant to be signed.

• Ensure tenant is following the dorm regulations.

• Make sure the smoothly handover units with the tenants and following company policies.

• Monitoring the cleanliness of the dorm for the health and safety.

• Weekly update information to operation manager on the occupancy and vacant unit.

• Report monthly on the utility usage to the account team.

• Report the defect of the dorm to operation manager.

• Report any suspicious people who may harm to the tenants.

• Monitoring gardening for the pleasant environment of the dorm.

• Monitoring security guard to ensure that he is in performance his duties and patrolling.
