Talent Management

• Assist to map out learning plans and workshops

• Assist to Plan then executive full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

• Assist to propose training programs by selecting appropriate methods or activities

• Conduct organization wide training needs analysis and identify skill or knowledges gaps that need to be addressed

• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees and update records & materials

• Assist to build and implement talent strategies

Organizational Development

• Understand nature of work and purpose of HR process to draft HR Policies and procedures and assess its effectiveness

• Be able to draft/review all necessary HR communications

• Assist in the delivery of specific HR related projects

• Prepare and administer administrative letters as required

• Any other tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in

• Communication skill

• Good written English communication skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to deal with a variety of people comfortable and pleasantly

• Detail - Oriented

• Time management and ability to prioritize
