Job Description

• Ensure that LGT Technical team get the information its needs

• Run technical training quarterly

• Manage and create technical tests for staff

• Maintain the standard of tasks as priority

• Ensure that the technical team can catch up with the lessons

• Monitor and evaluate staff practical work

• Make monthly report of training progress

• Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience in technical training

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

• Strong and reliable personality

• Problem solving skills

- Strong field service skills with a proven, demonstrable track record of repairing and maintenance of the above ELV Systems and associated equipment.

- Graduate bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field

- Team leading experience

- Ability to understand complex systems and possess good IT skills.

- Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written.

- Able to work with minimum supervision under stringent deadlines and high pressure environment.

- Able to foster good relations with colleagues and be a good team player.
