- To provide secretarial and administrative skills to the Company such as typing, translation, performance of personnel procedures (recruitment, resignation, insurance …); personnel reports as required by the local authorities and update all Government Circulation, Decisions related to administration, personnel.

- To be responsible for the maintenance of all office equipment, office properties, checking and following up the maintenance schedules for office machines, equipment, repair, replacement of office machines’ spare parts. To keep proper stock inventory of office supplies (stationery office appliance …) and control, update the movement of the Company’s properties.

- To be responsible for the assignment of working schedule, working days; car arrangement for other centers, maintenance schedule of changing oil, car components.

- To refer matters are beyond your power to upper management.

- The company reserves the right to assign to your duties outside the normal work during the course of your employment.

• Bachelor in any related field of study

• 2 years’ experience

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Be confident, commitment, assertive and independent

• Good communication and negotiation skill in English (Chinese or Vietnamese is a plus)
