I. Training

- Liaise with all department to prepare necessary training.

- Prepare contest of training

- Implement training with support of concerned department.

- Evaluation training efficiency

- Prepare training Evaluation

- Record and achieve all training

- Prepare monthly reports.

- Prepare monthly analyses

- Prepare monthly KPI

II. Inventory & Expenses

- Manage HR expenses

- Prepare Monthly HR Material inventory (Uniform, Collection tools, Safety Material)

- Prepare monthly reports

- Prepare monthly analyses

- Prepare monthly KPI

Other tasks assigned by HRM.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree of General Management, Human Resource Management or other related fields

- At least 3-years’ experience with HR and Admin tasks

- Able to work under pressure

- Good in English, both speaking and writing

- Very Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong and management skill.

- able to coach and felling to learn more.

- Like to see city clean and felling help to poor people.

- Able to use Microsoft office, Internet and e-mail

- A Well-organized person
