Job Description

• Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.

• Recruit and coordinate interviewing, references, and documentation for staff hiring

• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives

• Distribute, complete, and process paperwork for new hires

• Response to questions related to HR work.

• Conduct new hire orientation and benefits orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement.

• Initiate strategy to ensure filling talent in time.

• Coordinate exit process for departing employees

• Initiate strategy to facilitate career growth and development

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management

• At least 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in recruitment.

• Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skill such as strong negotiation

• Ability to use English for Communication.

• Ability computer skills (Microsoft office).

• Basic Knowledge of labor legislation.

• Strong commitment, result-oriented, fast learning and passion to learn new thing.
