Job Description

- Work with consignment companies

- Innovate in marketing to stand out from competition

- Improve the shop decoration and display

- Develop the new sales channels such as online sales and consignment

- Close follow up on all the financial aspects, accounting

- Daily control sales & expenses and report to management

- Manage customer’s problems

- Schedule of seasonal promotions

- Manage of the stock levels, monthly inventories, orders, transfers

- Hiring and training staffs to their higher level – prepare and follow rosters

- Create own clothes design to differentiate oneself from competitors

- Adjust the styles of the damage items

- Check the shop indoor and outdoor are in good condition and well clean or any repairs and maintenance need to be reported

- Use all the tools given by the Management to improve the sales in the shop, or propose new ideas

- Control and validate all the shop expenses

- Prepare the weekly report and send to the Management

Job Requirements

- Degree in Business Management or any other related filed.

- 1 years experience to manage in clothes store

- Proficient in Microsoft Application with detail mindset.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good command of spoken and written English.
