- Assist training and supporting unit

- Involve in users’ guide development

- Involve in team meeting for working productivity

- Take minute during meeting with client

- Make monthly report

- Be willing to be product trainer

- Other tasks will be assigned by manage

- Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or any field related (Fresh graduate is preferred)

- Be able to work as team

- Be professional in supporting and training

- Be good at communication, interpersonal, and customer service

- Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
