Job Description

• Develop materials for advertising and promotional needs covering but not limited to marketing collaterals, event materials and other external communications (both static and motion graphics)

• Brainstorm ideas and concepts with the whole team in alignment of existing projects

• Continually develop corporate communication strategies in addition to creating designs, layouts and video animations

• Prepare sketches, layouts, story board by hand or with the aid of a computer—to illustrate their vision for the design

• Consult with the team on any text that accompanies the design

• Ensure that layouts and designs requested meet the deadline as needed

• Present the completed design to the department head

• Adapt in 3D Max, Sketch up, Adobe, Premiere Pro, Corel, PageMaker, and other graphic and motion design tools

Job Requirements

• Degree not required, but bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architect or related discipline would be a plus

• Strong graphic design skills with proven experience as graphic designer or similar role

• Solid knowledge of design techniques and principles, and social media

• Knowledgeable in PC and Mac Operations

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail

• Good communication skills in both English and Khmer (speaking + writing)

• Creativity, commercial awareness and interpersonal abilities

• Strong knowledge in Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom

• Ability to perform under pressure and complete tasks and projects before deadline
