Encourage children to take part in class and recreational activities

Observe and monitor children to ensure that they are comfortable and intervene following signs of distress

Handle cleaning and maintenance activities of the classroom and ensure that any hazardous materials discarded before children arrive

Supervise children within the facility as well as during outdoor playtime and field trips

Assist children in their activities, including educational and artistic projects

Supervise and assist children during meals and snacks

Assist with hygiene and, in the case of younger or special needs children, change diapers or assisting with using the toilet

At least one-year teaching experience with young learners

Like to work with kids, be patient, and can make learning fun for kids

Self-motivated, take the initiative, sensible, and have team spirit
