• Overseeing, announcing, interviewing, selection process, and onboarding activities

• Recording employee’s information in the database, and manage employee’s hanging folders

• Arranging visa extension for expat employees, medical reimbursement, etc

• Arranging NSSF, work permit, criminal background check

• Drafting new contract and manage contract renewal

• Maintaining employee records

• Preparing staff handbooks

• Interpreting and advising on employment law

• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures

• Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff

• A university degree

• Experience in a human resources role (preferred)

• High level of creativity & innovation

• High command of English (both written and spoken)

• Good administrative and organizational ability

• Good planning ability and with attention to detail

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

• Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct

• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
