DESCRIPTIONS

To ensure the Kitchen area always is clean before and after the operation.
To ensure all operations always be prepared before serving.
To ensure all items must be quality and correctly before serving.
To ensure well-prepared personal hygiene and grooming before work.To ensure a standard of cook hygiene is met at all the times determined by the Standard of Kitchen.
To be quality-driven critical of all aspects of the Restaurant Operation to guarantee the highest level of creativity and productivity within the company.
To ensure all customers' satisfaction in every operation.
Responsible for setup, kitchen & breakdown of his/her sections that are assigned by Chef.

REQUIREMENTS

Languages required
Good in English level
Minimum Experience Required
Must have a passion for cooking with great creativity
Good knowledge of western food/willing to learn more about new products
Good communication skills with teamwork.
Positive and “can do” attitude
Dynamic - Candidates shall have experience with at least 2-3 Asian & western food.
