DESCRIPTIONS

Oversees and supervises kitchen staff
Product high quality plates both design and taste wise.
Prepares food properly
Schedules staff shifts.
Train new employees.
Orders food supplies.
Keeping the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized and sanitized.
Taking charge of kitchen opening, closing and other side duties.
Managing the kitchen inventory and ensuring supplies are fresh and high quality.
Assists head chef with menu creation.
Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients.

Jobs Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

Kitchen experience at least 5 years.
Good management behavior.
Strong team work and communication skills.
Menu planning and function experience.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to work holidays and weekends.
